About the role: We are looking for a pragmatic regional business developer to grow vapor intrusion work across a multi-state territory. This is a field-facing, client-focused role that blends relationship building, proposal development, and regional account management.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop regional pipeline and close commercial vapor intrusion opportunities through direct outreach, client meetings, and partner engagement.
  • Prepare and present concise proposals, scopes, and budgets that move opportunities to award.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handoff and profitable execution.
Must have
  • Experience selling technical environmental consulting or remediation services, ideally with exposure to vapor intrusion.
  • Credible client-facing presence, strong written and presentation skills, and proven quota attainment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and attend client sites.
