What You’ll Do
- Manage complex site assessment and remediation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to advance projects
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
- Develop technical strategies, budgets, and prepare high-quality deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 5 to 15 years of environmental consulting experience
- Strong background in environmental site assessment and remediation, including:
- Phase I/II ESAs
- Soil and groundwater assessment and remediation
- Vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation
- Work within a variety of regulatory programs (NC or SC regulatory experience a plus but not required)
- Work on a variety of different types of contamination sites (e.g., Brownfields redevelopment, industrial facilities, landfills, dry-cleaners, UST sites, etc.)
- Proven project management skills — technical, financial, and team-related
- A proactive, self-directed approach with a collaborative mindset
- Interest in building long-term client relationships and growing into expanded leadership responsibilities.
